Returns Policy

Please take not this is a online store only

  • No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase.
  • Courier charges ARE NOT refundable either to or from the customer or both.
  • CV Joints, shafts and boots may not be covered in grease and must be complete.
  • In the event where goods are incorrectly supplied from our side notify us immediately we will make arrangements for the goods to be returned to us we will pay the courier charges in this case .
  • No returns permitted if goods have been partially or entirely disassembled, or physically altered, or permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined, or added to, blended, or combined with, or embedded within other goods or fitted to other goods, unless defective.
  • Please note In2 Auto Parts And Accessories will not accept returns of any products of which the packaging has been removed, opened, or tampered with, unless the products are defective.
  • We regret we are unable to take return of electrical goods (unless these are defective) if the products appear to be defective u can notify us then we will at the customer’s request, send the goods to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will then decide whether the claim is valid, in accordance with their warranty policy
  • We regret we are unable to take return of lubricants/chemicals can not be returned.
  • Any returns must be in a saleable condition unless the return relates to defective products.
